WHAT ARE WE AND WHO ARE WE FOR?
We ARE a health, fitness and remedial establishment which has been running successfully in Towcester for the last six years and now we have opened a branch in Brackley where Ian Ryves, the owner can continue his unique way of getting you fit and healthy. We are round the corner from the Police Station and the Fire Station in Brackley so we’re easy to find!
We PRIDE OURSELVES on being different to every other health and fitness establishment. We have two private studios and a treatment room. People who are normally aged between 40 to 65+ come to us for private one to one training sessions or treatments. So you are always ALONE with the health professional in a PRIVATE space. We also run courses for small groups of people (never more than nine) in order to give you INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION. We offer OSTEOPATH and MASSAGE treatments for those in need of them. All this is provided in a LUXURY environment. We supply everything you will need including towels, water, exercise mats, showers. We choose our staff not just for their professional expertise but for their pleasant personalities and their ability to get on with people. ABOVE ALL we make health and fitness INTERESTING and FUN to do. Many of our clients say that they’d never enjoyed exercise until they came to us!
WHAT ARE WE NOT AND WHAT WE DON'T DO
We are NOT a big gym with lots of intimidating machines. You DO NOT train amongst other people. The instructors ARE NOT body builders sloping around with one knuckle on the ground and the other holding a protein drink. Our trainers will not start by asking you what your “targets” are. They will NEVER say “no pain, no gain”. They will NEVER beast you so that you are so stiff and aching the next day that you can’t move. They will NEVER push you beyond where you feel comfortable.
Our clients are NOT teenagers in lycra and skimpy vests. In our group courses we DON’T pack people into the room just to increase our revenue. We DON’T run late, keeping people hanging around in Reception waiting for their appointments. We DO NOT tie you into a contract and hope you don’t turn up, in order to get your money while doing nothing. When you first come into Reception, you will NEVER be ignored so that you feel uncomfortable, wondering what you are supposed to do.
We are an exclusive personal-training facility providing private one-to-one fitness tuition in high quality surroundings. We are also a specialist Pilates Centre, offering courses which are carefully designed to take you from complete beginners through intermediate to advanced practice. In order to help you with your health and fitness we also offer deep tissue massage in our private treatment room. And if you have back or joint problems, our resident osteopath can provide treatment and advice. For the more energetic among you, our popular Indoor Fitness Boot Camp courses provide just the right amount of stimulus and fun that you need. Our 5-Star studios are situated in Towcester and Brackley Northamptonshire.
We specialise in clients who are mainly but not exclusively over the age of forty and who wish to improve their health and fitness but who do not like big gyms and health clubs. At Wellbeing Fitness, for one-to-one sessions you and a fitness professional are alone in one of our studios for the whole of your training period. The trainer will have devised a programme specifically to cater for you and your health and fitness requirements. For courses we limit the number of participants in each session to nine, which means you get lots of individual attention, which return means you get the most out of the session and can see improvements week-by-week. Our aim is to make exercise fun and enjoyable, so one phrase you will never hear at Wellbeing Fitness is "no pain, no gain" We do not believe that the way to better fitness is through bullying! Through a decade of experienced we understand what you want and need to enjoy a more healthy and active life-style. One aspect of fitness that is almost always overlooked, particularly as we get older, is the need to keep active and flexible and our exclusive Movement and Flexibility sessions address these issues head on, often with spectacular results.

Coincidentally enough I happened to watch your DVD again the other day because I was already recommending you to one of my work colleagues and she was very impressed with what you do - first words she said though were "yeah but that is just their DVD, it is not really all like that is it? Ha ha, you don't really get a drink of water poured for you at the start of every session! But, oh yes! It most certainly is and yes, everything you see on that DVD is true and real. That is one of the things that probably has impressed me the most. There is nothing hidden, nothing I have been disappointed with and I have been given everything I was promised. A simple case of an excellent product and it is delivered with perfection from everyone I have met at your facility. And that is not something you can say about many companies these days.
