We know that most people who join a gym, give up after only a few weeks or months, and why?

At Wellbeing Fitness we tackle those things head on

  • By training with a group of like-minded people who are all in the same boat it’s not a slog
  • Because you are with a group of people who become like friends, you have a laugh and have fun – so it’s not boring
  • Because you all encourage one another, you don’t lose interest and can be bothered
  • Because it’s a small group, you get lots of personal attention and help from the fitness coach

And because of these reasons, you don’t give up and therefore YOU GET RESULTS

So what IS Small Group Personal Training, exactly

With Small Group Personal Training you train with a maximum of four to five like-minded people in a private studio, making full use of gym equipment. You are shown exactly what to do and how to do which makes your fitness session really effective.

Don’t confuse Small Group Personal Training with large fitness classes where an instructor stands at the front shouting orders. Our Small Group Personal Training is the same as one-to-one personal training where the coach actually observes, advises and adjusts you. Under this scheme, the programme you follow is not a “one-size-fits-all” but is tailored to your personal capabilities. Each exercise has variations (easier or harder) to suit you personally.

Working with a group of people who become like friends adds to the enjoyment of the session: a great camaraderie develops between you and your fellow training partners.

We’re looking for 15 people in the TOWCESTER area who want to tone up, get lean and feel great in just 8 weeks or less!
