Meet our team

Cathal

Studio Manager

Cathal is the Studio Manager at Towcester and started with us as an apprentice eight years ago. He is one of the lynch pins of the business; knows everything and has everything under control. I admire him for his expertise, his quiet wit and calm manner.

Matt

Studio Manager

Matt is the Studio Manager of Brackley and runs it with super efficiency. Having done a degree in Sports Therapy he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness and I admire him for his lively personality and ready wit.

Kate

Assistant Studio Manager

Kate is Assistant Studio Manager at Towcester and has taken on the responsibilities with relish. Both clients and her colleagues like her for her bright, bubbly disposition and, with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, her obvious detailed knowledge of all aspects of health and fitness, including sports massage.

Jack

Jack is our Senior Therapist and with a degree in Sports Therapy, is the go-to person if you have injuries or physical problems. He approaches everything with a highly professional manner and has a ready smile.

Becca

Becca oozes energy. You never see her standing still! As well as her job with us, she teaches swimming and is involved with high-level competitive canoeing.I admire her for her enthusiastic approach to life.

Amelia

Amelia is one of our star Pilates teachers as well as being equally at home in personal training. She has a professional and sympathetic manner, which belies her years and she takes on new challenges with relish.

Mitchell

Mitchell regularly gets 10/10s in feedback assessments from clients. He has a very happy ability to relate to people and devise exercise programmes that they enjoy and get benefit from. Another member of the team who has maturity beyond his years.

Jamel

Jamel, a relatively new member of our team, comes with an impressive track record but what really sold him for us was his terrific personality. Everyone who sees him takes a real liking to him!

Adam

Adam, our latest recruit comes to us with formidable qualifications, most memorably, an MSc in Advanced Nutrition. But what impressed us even more was his disposition: the ability to relate to people and to teach well.

Max

Max in one sense has been with us longer than anyone else because he used to train with us when he was just a young lad. But now, fully grown up and qualified, we are delighted to have him on our team

Director

Ian S is a director of the business and having spent a career at university, has contributed his considerable knowledge and expertise to raising the standards of Wellbeing Fitness to the position they are today. I rely on his wisdom and understanding to help me take the company forward to being the foremost health and fitness studio in the Midlands.

Ian R (written by IanS). In my whole career, Ian the Managing Director, is one of the most intelligent and creative people I have ever worked with. He has a unique ability to see things from the other person’s point of view and together with his energy, drive and enthusiasm, Wellbeing Fitness will go from strength to strength.
