So what is personal training?
Personal Training is where a trainer helps a client to exercise on a one-to-one basis. The exercise programme is devised by the trainer so that it is individually tailored to the client’s needs and requirements. The trainers supervise the exercises, and perhaps more importantly, provide encouragement and motivation. They also make sure that exercises are done correctly to avoid the injuries that can often occur if someone does them unsupervised.
At Wellbeing Fitness we have dedicated studios with all the equipment needed to provide a full range of exercises to suit every requirement. We realise that every client is an individual and we are dedicated to getting them to achieve their full potential without the need of shouting and all the other “no pain no gain stuff” that many other trainers use.
The client and trainer are always by themselves in the studio, which is unique to Wellbeing Fitness. In most other places you would share the space with lots of other clients and trainers. Our clients enjoy the fact that with us, it is a completely private experience.
Customise your experience
We have a very sophisticated music system, which allows the client to choose whatever music they like and at what volume suits them (or no music at all if that is their preference). The studios are fully air conditioned so you can have as much or as little heat as you personally desire. We have private changing and shower facilities with towels, hairdryer and toiletries provided free of charge. There is private parking outside the door. The staff are all friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and you will receive 5 Star service at all times.
Our clients cover a full age range but with more people in the 40 – 65 age bracket. There is roughly an equal split between men and women. As we believe that peoples’ time is valuable we always start and finish the sessions precisely as scheduled – no sitting around waiting at Wellbeing Fitness like in your local doctors’ surgery! We also provide maximum flexibility for when you want to train. We are open from 7.00am till 9.00 pm during the week and also 8.00 am – 3.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
