Train with a maximum of four to five like-minded people. Semi-Private Training is a studio based activity, making full of use of gym equipment to maximise the effectiveness of your fitness session. This suits people who want a more personalised approach to their exercise regime and don’t want to be part of an anonymous large group.

What is semi-private training?
Every client who comes to Wellbeing Fitness to do exercise does one of two things.
You EITHER exercise alone in a studio with a personal trainer who devotes themselves entirely to you for the whole session using a specially tailored programme to fit in with you and what you need to improve your health and fitness OR – you join a group course where with up to 14 other people you do some kind of exercise of your choosing, according to your preference and what you think you need: either Pilates or Yoga.
BUT THERE IS A HALF-WAY HOUSE.
We found that a lot of people wanted to do personal training but for one reason or another (often budgetary considerations) it’s not possible for them. So we launched a scheme that has had great success in London and other places. It’s called Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Personal Training at Wellbeing Fitness
For people who like the idea of personal training but it’s not within their budget, semi private
personal training is a really good option. You get lots of the same benefits but you share the session with four to five other like-minded people. This not only brings the cost down but for many people adds to the enjoyment of the session: a great camaraderie develops between you and your fellow training partners.
Many of our clients enjoy the best of both worlds by mixing and matching – one session of personal training and one session of semi-private per week.
