Small Group Personal Training is basically personal training, but with three or four others in the group at the same time. Up and down the country, health and fitness experts have found that it is actually much better than training alone in a studio with a fitness coach. You still get lots of personal attention and the fitness programme is designed to suit you and your capabilities, but you are with a group of like-minded people. You encourage one another, and you develop a great camaraderie. What’s more, it helps with your motivation. You turn up each week because you don’t want to let your friends down. And the icing on the cake is, that it’s cheaper than one-to-one personal training!
